Irosk Australia offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If all or part of your order is to be returned to us, please ensure each item is unused and complete with all tags attached where tags were included.

Upon return, all items are meticulously inspected by our Returns team. For a successful return, the jewelry must be unworn and remain unmodified or altered. If any items are discovered to have been worn or damaged without prior notification, the refund request will be voided, and the item will be returned to the customer.

In the rare instance of a defect upon receiving your jewellry, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us.

While we do accept returns on earrings, they must be unworn, unaltered, and have all jewelry tags attached for hygiene purposes, ensuring your return is accepted.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, the most efficient method is to place a new order for the desired item and process a refund for the original order. This ensures a swift exchange process, allowing you to receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Since each irosk Keepsake jewelry piece is meticulously crafted and engraved according to the unique requirements of each customer, the final product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is found to be faulty.
Damaged / Fauly or Goods lost in Transit

In the rare event that you receive damaged / faulty  or wrong items, please reach out to us at info@irosk.com.au . Kindly include an image showing the damage or fault, along with proof of your order. Please be aware that all items undergo thorough inspection and packaging before delivery. Our irosk team will carefully assess your claim and, based on our investigation, may opt to replace the item at our discretion. In case when damaged goods request is approved by our team, there wont be any additional cost of Return Shipping / Shipping for new item all would be taken care by Irosk Australia.

For goods lost in transit, rest assured that Irosk Australia has you covered. All our shipments come with signature on delivery, enabling us to promptly investigate with our shipping partners and resolve any issues that may arise. Refunds


Once we have received the products and our team has approved the returns, a refund will be issued within 72 hours. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on the payment gateway and your financial institution, it may take 5-10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
