Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery on unworn pieces in their original packaging. Exchanges and store credit are free — we send the prepaid return label, nothing to pay. If you'd rather have your money back, $10 comes off the refund to cover return postage.
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, every cost is ours. Personalised Keepsake pieces and final sale items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns — faults are always covered.
