Your Irosk piece is crafted to last — and simple habits keep it flawless.
Jewellery goes on last: after perfume, hairspray, lotions and sunscreen. These are the main causes of dulling on any fine jewellery.
Take it off for: swimming, showers, exercise, sleep and cleaning products. Chlorine and harsh chemicals are the one thing no plating — ours or anyone's — is built to withstand.
Cleaning: polish gently with a soft lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, warm water with a drop of mild soap, pat dry, air-dry fully.
Storing: each piece in its own pouch or compartment, in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
Keeping the shine: a quick pass with a soft cloth restores lustre anytime. Rhodium plating shields the silver against tarnish — and if your piece dulls under normal wear within the first year, our 365-day warranty covers re-plating or replacement, free.

Built to outlast the trend cycle
Our jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver — the international standard for fine silver. Every piece is then plated with rhodium, a precious metal from the platinum family, for a brilliant white finish and a tarnish-resistant shield around the silver beneath.
Why this matters
Most "silver" jewellery online is thin plating over base metal. It tarnishes within weeks, irritates sensitive skin and ends up in a drawer. Rhodium-plated 925 silver stays bright for years with simple care, is nickel-safe for sensitive skin, and has the weight of the real thing.
Backed for a year, made for a lifetime
Every piece carries our 365-day warranty against tarnish, plating wear and manufacturing defects — if it dulls under normal wear within a year, we re-plate or replace it free. Normal wear means following the simple care guidance above; chlorine, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning aren't covered — the same rule every fine jeweller applies.
