Your Irosk piece is crafted to last with simple care.
Daily wear: Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions and chlorinated water. Apply your beauty products before putting on your jewellery, never after.
Cleaning: Gently polish with a soft lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use warm water with a drop of mild soap, pat dry with a soft cloth, and air-dry fully before storing.
Storing: Keep each piece in its own pouch or compartment to prevent scratching. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Lab-grown gemstones are durable but kind handling extends their brilliance.

Order before 4pm AEST on a business day for next-business-day dispatch from our Brisbane studio. All orders are tracked end-to-end with Australia Post Express, arriving in 1-3 business days to most metro addresses.
International shipping
Tracked international shipping available at checkout. Delivery 7-14 business days
depending on destination. Customs duties may apply and are the customer's

Returns & exchanges
We offer 30-day returns and free exchanges on all unworn pieces in original
packaging. Return shipping within Australia is free. Refunds are processed within
3 business days of receiving your return.
